Having had a career in both commercial and public service sectors I knew I wanted a career move but was unsure where to go next. Having been recommended to Fiona, we spent a lot of time talking about what I wanted to achieve in my career and what type of organisation would help me realise my goals.
She introduced me to one of her clients who was looking for operational leaders with ambition, drive and potential. It proved to be a great fit and after a lengthy and gruelling recruitment process, which Fiona supported me through, I joined the business five years ago.

Our client, a world leader in its field, had changed the profile of its Passenger Facing Operational Leaders and was looking to bring in more senior talent. Key objectives included having a diverse candidate population from which to select and a new layer of senior talent which had real succession potential.
We spent time in the business so we could immerse ourselves in the culture and truly understand the complexities and challenges of such demanding roles. We met with passengers, peers, directors and subordinates. After agreeing the ‘must haves’, we undertook an extremely broad search.
The search strategy focused on sectors and organisations with a strong operational bias and a reputation for customer excellence. We identified candidates in both B2B and B2C organisations who were passionate leaders and already proven game changers in their roles.
The first time we worked with our client on this talent initiative, we are able to deliver on their requirement which was for four ‘stars’. We remain in touch with our placed candidates. All of them have been promoted at least once and one of them is on the cusp of his third promotion!
This has now become an annual initiative.
